We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, prices and availability accurately.

Screen settings and production variations may affect the appearance of colors and finishes. Before selling a product, TEMPEHIO will use product information supported by the applicable production item and supplier documentation.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

TEMPEHIO products are intended only for their stated purpose and environment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, lighting products are intended for dry indoor use and are supplemental lighting products, not emergency lighting.

Do not use or install a product if it appears damaged, incomplete or incompatible with the intended application.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the TEMPEHIO name, logos, product names, text, photographs, graphics and website design—are owned by or licensed to TEMPEHIO LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without written authorization.
